Tough Luxury Extra Firm: This Tough Luxury-Firm foam grade is very firm and high density. This kind of foam has rubber based characteristics; which means it will not break down like ordinary foam. It will maintain its original shape and density for many years. Density is a 2.8lbs with a 70 ILD

Rebounded Hard Foam: Also known as rebond, is an open-cell polyurethane foam that is firm and heavy but flexible and is made from reclaimed foam & scrap foam. Density is a 6lbs with a is 75 ILD.

Shipping rebounded foam: Anything 4" and thicker may need to ship out with a freight carrier not compressed. Otherwise, if it is compressed by machine foam will not expand to the correct size. Most of the time foam is bigger. Having a cover for it may prevent size change but it is not guaranteed. If you are ok with foam still being compressed Foam N' More will not be responsible for the size change.
