If your couch is swallowing you whole when you sit down, or the cushions dip and sag, it is time to replace the foam. With regular use, seat cushions should be replaced every 10 years or so, more frequently if the foam was sourced off-shore. Hence, it’s reasonable to replace your sofa cushions over the lifespan of your couch, especially if it is a well-used and well-loved piece of furniture. At Foam N More, we use only Made-in-the-USA foam and you can expect 10+ years of enjoyment with regular use.
New cushions can completely change an old couch and return it to its original quality and comfort levels. The best part is that replacing your couch cushions is much less expensive than replacing your whole couch!
While replacing your sofa cushions may seem overwhelming, the process is very easy. It all comes down to (3) things: the length, depth and height of your cushion(s), your preferred firmness level, and the weight of those who regularly use the furniture.
We can replace foam in the following types of sofa cushions. Measure your cushions and choose your shape – the rest is easy!

We also supply and recommend Dacron wrap (fiber-fill) available for your cushions. Dacron gives the cushion a rounder and fuller look, rather than a flat square look. It protects the foam from rubbing against the fabric covers which will help to extend the foam’s usage period. We can repair your existing cushion covers, or we can custom make new covers for your cushions as well. Please contact us for additional information.
For the best professional results, bring us your empty cushion covers, or mail them to us. We’ll do all the measuring, return a final estimate for your approval, and then custom cut foam to perfectly fit your cover(s). It’s quite an easy process!
