Option # 1
The most popular option is to build a cushion with cluster fill also known as poly filling.
This option is the most cost-effective because we are able to use our original insert. We would open up the insert and remove the filling you already have. We next un-clump the filling and add additional cluster fill to help fill up your cushions and provide additional support. This option is for people that have a good insert cover and it can be reused.
Option # 2
Replace and sew a brand new insert casing with cluster fill.
-This option provides you with a brand-new insert. We make a new cover casing using a heavy-duty ivory lining and sewing three channels in the back cushion. The three channels prevent the filling from clumping up in one area, by keeping the filling divided into separate channels.
Option # 3
HD23 OR Super soft foam with a double wrap of Dacron.
-This option takes away the use of cluster fill completely. Instead, we use our super soft foam as a back-cushion replacement. The foam is soft density foam that helps provide support and stability to your back cushion. We wrap it two times with Dacron wrap, to help provide a fuller and softer look. Going with foam will look boxier, and stiffer look and feel than the most popular option but you won't have to fluff your back cushion continuously. The "C" measurment will be the center thickness of the cushion, foam plus wrap with 3/4" dacron wrap twice. So "C" measurment will only be about 1" to 2" thicker than "D". "D" is your boxing (seam to seam measurments).
