Taking off the wheels are an option for the same cost because we must add horizontal support at the bottom to keep the minicell foam from bending.
The layers are 1/8” thick (tolerance +-1/8" thick) Mini cell (L200) is a 2lbs density “Skin-Soft” esthetically pleasing material that exhibits a smooth surface and extremely fine uniform cell structure that offers excellent flexibility and resilience. You do not need to up the density higher than 2lbs – once we compress the foam with the wooden frame it creates a very firm target for you to use. Investing in one of our wood targets is not only financially beneficial but you can easily repair damaged areas in the foam from high usage without having to replace the entire archery target due to our impressive wood frame. Our wood frames structure is conveniently made where you can adjust the bolts on the top to add or deduct from the foam to create your custom desired height with a maximum of 60 inches.

What size is this product?
- This is 16” deep x 48” Long and thickness of 1/8” to 1/4” layers are stacked one on top of each other to make it a total height of 48” tall.
What is the thickness of the individual sheets to make it 48” tall?
- Thickness of the sheets may be uneven and ranges from 1/8” to 1/4” thickness. Foam N’ More cannot make a certain thickness request.
What is the density of the sheets to make it 48” tall
- Can be a mix of 2lbs and 4lbs density or one or the other. Foam N’ More cannot do a certain density request.
What colors will be shipped?
- We mostly ship out the charcoal/grey color but occasionally it comes in white and blue color. If you need a certain color, please let me know. Otherwise mix of colors may be shipped out.
Is this assemble?
Yes this wood frame is already assemble and ready to be used. When making our archery targets, we compress the foam very tightly in a wood frame. This compression is usually about an inch and helps to level out the foam. Please look below to see how fillers are added to make the layers more even.
