Build your own dance floors! We can custom make Minicell cross-linked closed-cell foam blocks 3" x 3" X 3/4" or 3" thick to adhere under the plywood to give you a little bounce and then crash directly to the plywood. This method gives the best resilience under the sub-floor and will retain its function for many years.
The most common size is 3" x 3" X 3/4" and you will need 54 pieces of 3" x 3" x 3/4" high foam per 4’ft x 8’ft plywood sheet.
If you would like to add adhesive backing the foam will be cut to size just peel off the backing – it’s that easy!
Other sizes and thicknesses are available. For maximum protection, we offer 3” and 4” thick foam blocks that will offer high rebounding and absorb shock when landing.
