Cancel, Refund and Return Policy

Foam N More sells many custom-made foam products that are cut, fabricated, and sewn to order. For sanitary and safety reasons, and because many items are made to customer specifications, cancellations, returns, and refunds are limited as described below. This policy is separate from Shipping and Fulfillment Policy and Limited Warranty Policy and works together with Foam N More’s Website Terms and Conditions.

1. Sanitary and Opened Package Policy

For sanitary reasons, all foam products are non-returnable once the package has been opened, whether or not the item was custom-made. Unopened, eligible non-custom items may be returned only as described in this policy.

2. Order Cancellation

Before production begins:

  • If production has not started, an order may be canceled in full.
  • Customers should contact Foam N More as soon as possible to request cancellation.

After production begins but before shipment:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.
  • Eligible non-custom orders may be canceled after production has begun, but a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Production status is determined by Foam N More’s records at the time the cancellation request is received.

3. Custom Orders

For purposes of this policy, a custom order includes any item that is made to order, cut to a non-standard size, or fabricated to customer specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Foam mattresses and covers
  • Acoustic foam
  • Pole bumpers
  • Custom foam cutting, including orders placed through the custom cut calculator
  • Any sheet size cut down into a size not listed on the website
  • Medical foam
  • Waterjet-cut and CNC-cut products
  • Round bed frames
  • Cornices and headboards
  • Cubes, small squares, and rectangular foam pieces
  • Round bolsters and angle-back bolsters

Custom orders are not returnable except where required by law or where coverage is available under Limited Warranty Policy for qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

4. Non-Custom Orders

Non-custom orders are limited to certain standard, full-sheet items listed on the website, such as:

  • Open-cell foam sheet sizes of 82″ x 76″, 36″ x 82″, and 24″ x 82″ in listed thicknesses of 1″, 2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, and 6″
  • Large full sheets of Drain Dry Foam, Charcoal Firm, Charcoal Regular Foam, and Closed-Cell Foam in standard listed sizes and thicknesses

Any smaller cut size, non-listed thickness, or modified version of those products is treated as a custom order.

5. Returns of Eligible Non-Custom Orders

If an eligible non-custom order has been delivered, a return may be requested as follows:

  • The customer must contact Foam N More within 5 calendar days of the delivery date by email or phone to request return authorization.
  • Foam N More will provide return instructions if the return request is approved for processing.

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • There are no exceptions for opened foam packages for sanitary reasons.

Refund terms for approved returns:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Any payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and for the original outbound shipping cost. If shipping was included in the item price, the actual shipping and handling cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the foam purchase price.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.

6. Orders Received Damaged, Misshapen, or Incorrect

Customers must inspect their order promptly after delivery. Foam N More is not responsible for misshapen foam, visible shortages, visible shipping damage, or incorrect sizes reported more than 2 weeks after delivery.

If the package appears damaged in transit:

  • Do not open the package if external shipping damage is visible.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and contact Foam N More for next steps.
  • Foam N More may file a claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment.

If the foam appears misshapen or undersized:

  • Open the package promptly after delivery.
  • Allow the foam time to expand fully. For open-cell foam, allow 2-4 days unless the applicable product page states otherwise.
  • Review any product-page tolerances before reporting a size issue.
  • If the product still appears outside the stated tolerances after the applicable expansion period, contact Foam N More within 2 weeks of delivery and provide photos and measurements.

If a replacement is approved under this policy, it will ordinarily be shipped using the same shipping method as the original order unless Foam N More agrees otherwise in writing. 7. Relationship to Other Policies

This policy addresses cancellations, non-defective returns, and certain issues discovered at or shortly after delivery. It does not govern shipping lead times, delivery procedures, freight claims, or shipping-charge review practices, which are addressed in Shipping and Fulfillment Policy. It also does not govern later-arising defects in materials and workmanship, which are addressed in Limited Warranty Policy.
