Ensolite is a flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam that is very durable but also a little softer than other closed-cell foams. This foam offers anti-microbial protection (with skin) built in to give resistance to mold and bacteria growth allowing this foam to be used for many different applications.

Overview

Ensolite Foam is a IV1 and great choice for boats, marinas, patios, pools, seat pads, and backyard cushions. It is used in automotive, industrial, athletic, aerospace, marine/flotation, leisure, HVAC, and equestrian products.

Ensolite is a flexible closed-cell elastomeric foam. It has a Class B fire rating and energy-saving thermal performance. Being of a closed-cell material means Ensolite will not absorb moisture. Ensolite is suitable for dance studios, gymnasium, floor mats, Tanami, Judo, taekwondo mats, insulation, and boat & patio cushioning.

Its anti-microbial protection (with skin) is built to give resistance to mold and bacteria growth, allowing use in environments such as offices, schools and hospitals. Ensolite is dust, fiber, and formaldehyde-free.

* It is available in thicknesses up to 2″ thick with R-value up to R-8.

* Good chemical resistance & temperature serviceability

* The best way to cut the closed-cell foam is with a sharp knife or electric turkey knife. Cut in one direction to get a clean cut. Please note the sheet sizes below may actually come larger than listed.
